Dimensions are read in the order width, gusset, height: a 26 + 14 x 30 cm bag is 26 cm wide, 14 cm deep at the base and 30 cm high. For a platter or meal box, look at the bottom of the bag: width and gusset must be at least equal to the dimensions of the box so that it sits flat.
Natural or white kraft, and which grammage
Natural kraft, brown in colour, is the most common choice for takeaway. White paper gives a more neutral presentation, suited to shops and caterers who want to showcase their brand.
