Powdered or powder-free gloves?

Measure the width of your palm, thumb excluded, and choose the size whose width is closest. A glove that is too tight tears when put on, a glove that is too loose loses precision.
Food contact and chemical protection
A glove intended to touch food must comply with Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 on materials in contact with foodstuffs; it bears the glass and fork symbol on its packaging. For handling chemicals or biological risk, the EN ISO 374 standard indicates the level of protection. Check these mentions on the data sheet of each reference.
Box of 100 or case of 1,000?
Boxes of 100 suit small businesses and occasional uses. Cases of 1,000 reduce the price per glove for kitchens, cleaning teams and high-turnover establishments.
Frequently asked questions
Does nitrile replace latex?
For most professional uses, yes: it offers good resistance without exposing the team to the risk of latex allergy.
Can a disposable glove be reused?
No: it is changed with each change of task, and as soon as it is punctured or soiled.
What is the difference between a disposable glove and a household glove?
The household glove, thicker, is reused for cleaning; the disposable glove is changed after use.
