FAQ

Are disposable wooden spoons sturdy?

Wooden cutlery is known for its sturdiness, it breaks much less easily than its plastic ancestors, and disposable wooden spoons are no exception. To find out more about the checks to carry out, go to the page of our dedicated article: "How to test the quality of a cutlery kit?".

Which size of disposable spoon should you choose?

It all depends on your use: for a full meal, prefer large spoons, i.e. around 16 cm. For a more "gourmet" use, for your cocktails and receptions or your verrines, favour dessert spoons which measure around 10 cm. Why buy disposable spoons?

The disposable spoon is used in fast food, takeaway catering, but also in the events industry (cocktails, buffets, aperitifs, verrines etc) or in the private sphere (picnics). Find all the recommended uses of our cutlery kits in wood and bamboo in our article "Why buy disposable cutlery kits?".

How to choose your disposable spoon well?

There are different models of disposable spoons, they can be made of wood or bamboo, in different sizes (suited to verrines or to dishes for example). To choose your disposable spoons well, also pay attention to the weight and the colour, which indicates whether or not the wood is truly natural, untreated and FSC certified.
